Raw4Trail.com : an 8 weeks experiment of Raw Vegan Food + Trail-Running
Minimalism & eco-consciousness in trail running being a hot topic these days, I'm considering another aspect than running shoes: food!
I'll be looking into organic raw food as a possible healthy lifestyle for people on the move like outdoors addics or contemporary urban nomads. Organic raw plant-based cuisine is free of common allergens (gluten, lactose, soy), additives and SOS free (Salt-Oil-Sugar). Passionate about organic vegan cuisine & trail-running, I'm experimenting a 100% raw plant-based diet while training and taking part at the Salomon 4-trails multi-day trail-running competition. The Raw4Trail blog will cover this journey on the trails, dealing with day-to-day issues far from a fashonista-next-detox-diet-glossy approach.
