Accommodation
All participants book their own accommodations in the stage host cities independent from the event organization. As a rule, participants book their accommodations prior to the event. Additionally, an information counter will be set up in all host cities by the tourist office which will help participants find a room for the night on short notice. It cannot be guaranteed, however, that this help will always result in finding a room in each individual case. The organizer will provide all registered participants with the addresses of the stage host cities and their respective tourism offices prior to the event
Shuttle Service from the Finish back to the Start
The bus shuttle service from the finish back to the start will be EUR 50 (incl. VAT) per person.
During registration there will be an option to book a bus shuttle service for participants to be taken back to the starting location of the event. Booking this service during the registration process by checking the appropriate box on the registration form constitutes a binding agreement and obliges the participant to pay the fee for this service in cash at the start location of the event. Later cancelations on the event site will not be accepted since we have to book the busses for this service well in advance.
After SALOMON 4 TRAILS the busses will leave the finish at 8:00 and take passengers back to the start location of the event.
